Hidden Hills is one of the more popular and newer communities in Northeast Scottsdale

Hidden Hills features semi-custom homes as well as custom home lots. The semi-custom homes, built by long-time valley builder, Golden Heritage Homes, are perfect for the discriminating home buyer who wants luxury amenities in a manageable size. Special features that make the Hidden Hills homes so desirable are unique floor plans featuring private courtyards and great room style living areas.

The first homes were completed in 2001 and the last semi-custom homes were completed in 2006. There are still some lots available in the custom home neighborhoods. Only about two thirds of the homes are gated, but the whole area has only one-way access, which makes for a safer-than-normal community. Many of the homes back up to NAOS (Natural Area Open Space) or to the McDowell Mountain Preserve.

What Are ASAP Listings?

When you sign up for ASAP Listings, you will receive an email direct from the MLS "as soon as possible", up to two times per day, but only if there are new or changed listings in your home search.


The listing process works like this: A Realtor® adds a new listing into the MLS during the day. Later that evening the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) send all the new or changed listings to third-party websites (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, etc.). These third-party websites then post and distribute the MLS listings.

  • Buyer A gets a listing email direct from the MLS via ASAP Listings.
  • Buyer B gets a listing email from a third-party website.

Who will be the first buyer to see the newest listing?


Buyer A will receive the listings before Buyer B because Buyer A is receiving the new listings twice a day, direct from the MLS, and Buyer B is waiting for the data to be delivered over to the third-party websites.
