Hidden hills - floorplans
Hidden Hills is a master planned community in North East Scottsdale adjacent to the McDowell Mountain Preserve. Construction of semi-custom homes as well as custom homes began in 2000 and was completed by late 2005. The semi custom homes were built by a reputable Phoenix builder, Golden Heritage and has been extremely popular because of the quality of construction and the very unique floorplans. Many of the models offered casita options and seven of the floorplans have courtyards.
