Electric Service for Phoenix Metro & Scottsdale
There are two companies that provide electric service in Scottsdale and the Phoenix Metro Area - APS and SRP. The provider is determined by the property address. Check the Seller’s Property Disclosure (SPDS) form to see which company provides electric service in your neighborhood.
If the electric company is not listed on the Property Disclosure or you have reason to doubt the accuracy, refer to this map provided by APS. The electric company service area map is in Adobe pdf format so you can zoom in on specific cities and communities. The white areas of the map are serviced by APS whild the grey is serviced by SRP.
