There are two companies that provide electric service in Scottsdale - APS and SRP. The provider is determined by the property address. Check the Seller’s Property Disclosure form to see which company provides electric service in your neighborhood. If you can not find it on the form, call one of the companies, give them your address and they will tell you which company services your area.
